مجموعه کتابهای فارسی لند با هدف آموزش زبان شیرین فارسی به غیرفارسی زبانان به رشته‌ی تحریر درآمده است. این جلد از کتاب حاضر به 10 درس تقسیم شده که هر یک از آن‌ها حاوی یک مکالمه کوتاه هستند. در هرکدام از این درس‌ها به برخی مفاهیم و اصطلاحات برای آشنایی بیشتر کاربران با زبان و فرهنگ فارسی اشاره می‌شود.
FarsiLand book series is an attempt to teach Persian language to those interested in learning this language from scratch. All of the book series are intended for a variety of audiences ranging from children to adults with different backgrounds and purposes. The idea behind writing the books comes from my experience of meeting non-Persian speakers around the world requiring a practical reference for self-learning of Persian. In fact, after many years of working on different aspects of Persian linguistics as a teacher, researcher, and writer, I have realized that most learners believe that mastering Persian without getting help from a teacher is a rather frustrating task due to the weird Persian writing system, as well as to the conspicuous difference between written and spoken versions of the language. So, I tried to organize the structure of the book series in such a way that it can be quite useful to those in need of a starting self-learning reference.
